Ticket Purchases will appear on your credit card statement as WMEG Inc.

ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS – The purchase price of any tickets not used will be considered a donation to the non-profit beneficiary of all proceeds from the event.  Schedule of events is subject to change at the discretion of the promoters.

Sales Tax due on taxable items on this purchase is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and not of the seller.  Any tax due should be reported to your local/state taxing authority.

Disclaimer: WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale, it’s producers, staff, volunteers and affiliates cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items or a guest’s personal safety and welfare during the event.  WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale reserve the right to eject any guest from the event and hotel property for unacceptable behavior or unlawful acts without refund. Illegal acts of public lewdness are strictly forbidden. The use or possession of illegal drugs is strictly forbidden.

By participating in any events organized by WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale, you agree to the following: WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale events are provided with no special warranty either express or implied. The Organizers, including but not limited to the Founders, Committee Members, Advisory Board Members, Sponsors, etc., of WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale events assume no liability for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to property or persons whether arising in contract, negligence, equity, or otherwise. Participation in WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale events is considered “at your own risk”. All participants must use due care under the circumstances to comply with all rules, regulations, statutes, and laws of the State of Florida or any state in which a WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale produced event takes place.

You agree that you shall not bring any legal action against any of the Organizers of WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale events for any claim waived and released under this Agreement. You further agree that should you bring any type of administrative or legal action arising out of claims waived under this Agreement, you will bear all legal fees and costs, including those of the Organizers.

WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale also reserves the right to post any pictures taken during the events on its websites without asking permission of each individual that are in the pictures. (Discretion will be applied where appropriate and requests to remove photos from WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale controlled websites and social media accounts will be honored.)

WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale reserves the right to exclude anyone from participating in WMEG, Inc. and Bears in Lauderdale events should they choose not to accept this Agreement.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: BY PARTICIPATING IN BWP/BBM EVENTS, YOU ARE GIVING UP ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIMS THAT YOU MAY HAVE AGAINST THE ORGANIZERS.
